👩‍🍳 Top tips

  • Grease the measuring cup: If you’re using a measuring cup, it helps to lightly grease it before adding in the Nutella so it slides off easier into the mixing bowl later.
  • Use two spoons: The cookie batter should be soft so it’s easier to use two spoons to drop it on the baking pan.
  • Use parchment paper not a silicone baking mat: For best results, I use parchment paper and the cookies tend to spread more on top of silicone!

💡 Variations

These chocolate brownie cookies are oh-so-chocolately on their own but if you’re craving even more chocolate you. can add chocolate chips in the batter or even add a drizzle of nutella on top after the cookies have cooled down.

If you want a denser and thicker Nutella cookie, chill the cookie dough before baking it in the oven.

  • Fridge: Cool cookies and then store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
