Funfetti cake is a fluffy, light vanila cake with sprinkles mixed in. Classic recipes use a white cake recipe, but this version is made with whole eggs for moisture and richness.

Before you start: Heat oven to 325F and prepare and grease a 9โณx5โณ pan.
Step 1. Whip room temperature butter and white sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Next add both eggs, vanilla extract and milk into the bowl until smooth. Then add in flour, baking soda and baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix again.
Step 2. Add sprinkles into the bowl until combined and then pour into a baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes until done and then cool before adding frosting.
Step 3. Pour batter into pan then bake for 45 minutes. Let loaf cake cool before putting on glaze. Make optional glaze by mixing powdered sugar, maple syrup and milk and then pour on cake!

- 3/4 Cup Milk (180 Grams)
- 2 Eggs (Grade A Large)
- 1/2 Cup Sprinkles (80 Grams)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract (8 Grams)
Buttercream Frosting
- 16 tbsp Unsalted Butter (226 Grams / 2 Sticks)
- 4 Cups Confectioners Sugar (480 Grams)
- 1/4 Cup Milk (60 Grams)
Instructions
